Good, glowing skin…we all love, right? I had the chance to sit down with founder of LoveMiBeauty, Tamia Reid, for skincare tips and the benefits of facials. She gave me some insight on facial treatments, how to keep healthy-glowing skin, her personal routine, and more.

TRY TAMIA’S PERSONAL DAILY SKINCARE ROUTINE:

  1. Cleanser. The first step, always. This is to clear any excess oils, makeup, impurities, etc from the skin.

  2. Exfoliate. Recommended, only do this 1-2 times a week. This also helps with removing dead skin cells +uncovers fresh new cells.

  3. Toner. Helps with giving your face a refresh.

  4. Moisturizer. A must! This keeps your skin hydrated and strengthens your barrier.

  5. SPF(solar protection factor/sunscreen). This protects your skin.
