Brain food

Mama has been in the kitchen, ok! I’m actually so proud of myself. I was never really in the kitchen before my little loves. I’m starting to love it! Reading Food & Family magazine has become a hobby of mine, and do I even have to mention Food Network? I can binge watch all day. The different meals and food options I’ve been trying out have been cooked to perfection, if I do say so myself. My little loves approve everything so far. Now, let’s get into some foods that will help build your little loves brain development, because why not, right?
